Terms of Service
Last updated: January 1, 2026
These terms govern your use of the Sheet Flow Systems website and any services we provide. By using our site or hiring us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Services We Provide
Sheet Flow Systems offers custom business automation, workflow consulting, and related services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each project are agreed upon individually before work begins. We do not begin billable work without a signed agreement or written confirmation of scope.
Use of This Website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse our site, submit false information through our forms, or attempt to interfere with the site's functionality. The tools and content on this site are provided for informational and business purposes.
Payment and Project Terms
Payment terms are outlined in individual project agreements. In general:
- A deposit is required before work begins on most projects
- Remaining balances are due according to the schedule in your agreement
- Late payments may result in paused work until the balance is current
- All fees are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated
We will always be transparent about costs before any work starts.
Intellectual Property
Once a project is completed and paid for in full, the client owns the deliverables we built for them. This includes automations, workflows, dashboards, and any custom code created specifically for the project.
Sheet Flow Systems retains the right to use general knowledge, techniques, and non-proprietary methods developed during a project. We may also reference the project in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. We will not share your business data, processes, or project details with anyone outside our team without your permission, except where required by law.
Limitation of Liability
Sheet Flow Systems provides services on a best-effort basis. While we stand behind our work and will correct issues that fall within the agreed scope, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to a project will not exceed the total amount paid by the client for that project.
Termination
Either party may end a project agreement with written notice. If the client terminates a project before completion, payment is due for all work completed up to that point. If we terminate, we will deliver all completed work and refund any prepaid amounts for undelivered work.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts.
